Description
Send a secret love note in this hands-on workshop exploring the custom of manipulating a letter so it forms its own elaborate sealed envelope–to be opened only by its intended recipient! This paper-folding practice has historically been used to convey sensitive business messages, conduct espionage, and of course, send love letters. Taking inspiration from letters in the Rosenbach’s collections, in this class you will learn several methods to lock your own letters so you can create a truly unique valentine.
